How to beat floor 4
Floor 4 of Spiral Abyss will feature level 50 enemies, so make sure your party can handle that. Disordering the ley line on this floor greatly increases electro damage, so bring electro characters and combine them with your other characters' elements to trigger electro reactions. Once you clear this floor, you can claim your free Collei character during the Curtain of Leaves event.

Genshin Impact: Spiral Abyss Floor 11, Chamber 3 Guide
The "Frost Wheel", which turns into a roller and flies straight at you, is the first hit of Cryo Hypostasis. During the first roll cycle, head to the corner of the map to stop the Cryo Hypostasis movement. When the Cryo Hypostasis' HP drops to a significant point, it will use Power Armor to attempt to recover health. This allows you to quickly land a charged attack on the Collapsed Frostfruits at the Hypostasis, breaking down its defense faster. How to beat Pyro Hypostasis, Spiral Abyss
When Pyro Hypostasis' armor is activated, don't attack him! Instead, focus on dissolving the shield so the Pyro Hypostasis can enter the defenseless state faster. How To Unlock Free Characters In Genshin Impact (Updated For 3.1)
Luckily, there are a few characters you can get for free to help jump-start your team's growth. Notably, three of the characters listed below (Amber, Kaeya, and Lisa) are all characters rarely featured in gacha Wish banners. The Traveler (Ether/Lumine) — Anemo, Geo, Electro or DendroWhen you start Genshin Impact for the first time, you will have the choice between the male character (Aether) or the female character (Lumine). The Traveler starts out as an Anemo character, but once you get to different regions, you will be able to unlock the respective items for that region. After a short tutorial on how Kaeya and Cryo characters work, you'll complete the quest and recruit Kaeya to your party. Much like the other two, Lisa is far from the best Electro character you'll get, but you'll definitely want her there to solve all the Electro puzzles you see at the start of the game. If you manage to clear the floor 3, room 3 of the spiral abyss, you will get Xiangling for free. Xiangling is the best of the free characters, and she's still extremely meta relevant, as her Pyronado ability allows her to constantly sustain damage, even when she's not on the field. Much like Xiangling, you'll unlock Collei for free by simply doing Spiral Abyss. Collei is a great Dendro support, as she can apply Dendro well and help you solve Dendro puzzles in a snap (especially if your traveler isn't suited for the right element). Events so far have only rewarded four-star characters, but this can be useful if you're missing important and powerful characters like Xingqiu or Bennett. Either way, it's worth paying attention to events to score free characters.
